Mid-Year Celebration Events Return
Mid-Year Celebration events are returning to Play! Pokémon Stores!
The Pokémon Championship Series is cooling down for the summer, so there won’t be any opportunites to earn Championship Points. But at these friendlies, which run from June 15, 2026, to August 16, 2026, you can keep your skills sharp and win exciting prizes!
Pokémon TCG winners will receive playmats featuring Chikorita, Tepig, and Totodile; Pokémon video game winners will earn a notebook showcasing art from Pokémon Champions; and Pokémon GO winners will score a notebook featuring Team Instinct, Team Mystic, and Team Valor. Each Play! Pokémon Store can host two of these events this year, so get out there and snag some awesome prizes, Trainers!
Items are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to get in touch with your local store for more information.
Ace Trainer Rewards for the 2026 Championship Series
The Ace Trainer Rewards program celebrates Trainers who participate in tournaments in Championship Point–earning regions, operating on a Championship Point (CP) threshold—meaning there is no limit to the number of players who can earn rewards.
Play! Pokémon Prize Packs
Participate in events at your local League to earn special Prize Packs featuring popular Pokémon TCG cards—both foil and non-foil—that can be flexed in your current Standard deck. Prize Pack distribution can vary based on your local League, so be sure to contact the League Leader for more details.
