The 2026 Pokémon World Championships in August are quickly approaching, and what better way to celebrate than with some exciting battles! From August 21 to August 30, Play! Pokémon Stores will host 2026 Worlds Celebration tournaments, where you’ll get a sweet participation prize—a Pokémon TCG promo card featuring Pikachu—while supplies last. These events are all about fun, but if you win one of these events, you’ll walk away with the same promo card featuring a “WINNER” stamp and other prizes to flex your prowess!

Ace Trainer Rewards for the 2027 Championship Series
The Ace Trainer Rewards program celebrates Trainers who participate in tournaments in Championship Point–earning regions, operating on a Championship Point (CP) threshold—meaning there is no limit to the number of players who can earn rewards.

Participate in events at your local League to earn special Prize Packs featuring popular Pokémon TCG cards—both foil and non-foil—that can be flexed in your current Standard deck. Prize Pack distribution can vary based on your local League, so be sure to contact the League Leader for more details.
